What is Start Fresh?
Start Fresh closes off a chapter of a group without losing the score.
It archives every expense and every activity from that cycle into a CSV you can download and keep. It then clears them out and carries each person's outstanding balance forward as an opening figure.
So a flat that has been running for two years gets a clean page, without anyone forgetting that someone is still owed forty.
You can run it yourself whenever a group gets unwieldy. We also run it automatically once a group reaches 4 years old. The archives are kept for 3 years afterwards.
