Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, you can delete your account and data.
In the app, go to Settings, then Danger zone, then tap Delete account. To make sure it is really you, we email you a 6-digit code to enter. If you set a password, we ask for that too.
No app? You can do the same on our website at fairthen.com/delete-account. Enter your account email, the 6-digit code we send you, and your password if you set one.
If you can't receive email at that address, write to [email protected] and we'll help you another way.
Either way, the deletion is scheduled and completes 30 days later. Changed your mind? Sign back in during that window and tap Cancel deletion, or use the link in any of the emails we send you to stop the deletion.
Some records may linger briefly in backups before they age out. Shared expenses stay in the group so everyone else's balances stay correct.
